Core Grant: Bioinformatics
The Bioinformatics module provides data analysis and bioinformatic support and
training for vision researchers.
Goals
The main goals of the module are to:
- Teach Vision Science researchers bioinformatic analysis techniques and
software - Setup researchers with existing campus bioinformatic resources
- Train and advice researchers how to use analysis pipelines to accomplish
research goals - Provide bioinformatics and big data analysis support and advice for research
projects, publications and grant applications
