Dr. Fleiszig Selected for Prentice Medal

Dr. Suzanne Fleiszig has been selected as the recipient of the Charles F. Prentice Medal and Lecture Award by the American Academy of Optometry (AAO).
The Prentice Medal is the AAO's top award and lecture at its annual meeting, recognizing a distinguished scientist or clinician-scientist for a career-long record of advancing knowledge in vision science. As this year’s recipient, Dr. Fleiszig will be formally recognized at the Annual Meeting in Anaheim during the Awards Ceremony on Friday, October 2, 2026.
This tremendous honor is a meaningful recognition of Dr. Fleiszig’s outstanding contributions to vision science. Congratulations to Dr. Fleiszig on this well-earned honor!
