Congratulations are to Dr. Chris for winning the Distinguished
Faculty Mentor Award for her "outstanding commitment to
developing and supporting graduate student researchers". This
award was given to her due to the testimonials of her past and current
graduates students who banded together to get her nominated. The
committee was as impressed with her commitment as we were proud
of her and awarded her, along with two other equally distinguished
faculty, the award.
