BAVRD was on September 8th, 2023!

On Friday, September 8th, 2023, we held our 35th annual Bay Area Vision Research Day (BAVRD). BAVRD is a conference organized and led by students in our Vision Science PhD program.

We were joined by vision researchers and speakers from institutions and organizations including Berkeley, UCSF, Stanford, UCSC, UNR, CooperVision, NASA, and the Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute.

Thank you to the BAVRD student planning committee and Alex Marquez, Assistant Director of Vision Science & Residency Programs, for making BAVRD 2023 happen!
